Qualified leads for an education provider in the UAE

An illustrative CPL program built around a strict lead definition and downstream quality feedback.

This case study is a composite example written to show how a campaign is structured. It does not describe a real client or real results.

Challenge

An education provider wants enquiries for professional courses from bilingual audiences in the UAE. Previous lead campaigns produced volume, but many contacts were unreachable or outside the target audience.

Strategy

Run CPL with a written lead definition: full name, verified phone number, email, emirate of residence and course interest. Leads outside the UAE, duplicates and incomplete forms are not payable. The advertiser's admissions team shares contact and qualification outcomes back by source every week.

Execution

  • Arabic and English landing pages with the same form
  • Phone verification step before submission
  • Allowed sources: search, content and social; co-registration not allowed
  • Sub-ID reporting per placement
  • Weekly reconciliation of rejected leads, with reasons

Optimization

Partners receive contact and qualification rates by placement and move traffic toward what works. The form is shortened where drop-off is highest without removing any required fields. Payout differences are reviewed only after several weeks of stable data.

Result

A lead program where "valid" means the same thing to both sides, and partners are rewarded for leads the admissions team can use. Illustrative scenario; no results are reported.
