Conditions applicables aux éditeurs et affiliés qui promeuvent les offres d’UniconAds.

These terms summarize how UniconAds works with publishers and affiliates. The binding terms are those accepted when your publisher account is approved, which prevail over this page.
Approval
Publisher accounts are reviewed before activation. We may ask about your traffic sources, audiences and websites or apps, and we may decline or close accounts that do not meet quality standards.
Promoting offers
Each offer states its pricing model, payout, allowed GEOs, allowed and prohibited traffic types, and creative rules. You must follow these for every offer you run. Common prohibitions include incentivized traffic where not allowed, brand bidding, misleading claims, spam and adult placements.
Tracking
Use only the tracking links provided, and do not alter click IDs or parameters except the sub-IDs intended for your use.
Traffic quality
Conversions are reviewed against traffic-quality signals. Conversions generated in breach of offer rules, or through invalid traffic, are not payable and may be reversed, with the reason communicated to you.
Payments
Validated earnings are paid [monthly] once they exceed the minimum threshold of [amount], using the payment methods available for your country. [Payment schedule, currencies and tax documentation to be defined.]
Data protection
You must have a lawful basis and any required consents for the traffic you send, and comply with applicable privacy and marketing laws in your jurisdiction and your audience's.
Termination
Either party may end participation as set out in the publisher agreement. Validated earnings accrued before termination remain payable unless they relate to a breach.
